Nayak is a leading independent aircraft safety and maintenance services provider with operations across 52 airport locations in 16 European countries, most prominently Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and France. With a focus on line maintenance (85% of sales) and complementary base maintenance services, the business is critical to its airline customers’ operations. Nayak serves c240 airline operators, a mix of low cost, legacy and cargo. Headquartered in Duesseldorf, GER, Nayak employs c1,000 FTEs.

Value creation

Chequers has acquired a majority stake in Nayak alongside the company’s management team. Our goal is to continue and support Nayak on its organic growth path and complement with targeted acquisitions to further develop a strong platform.
