Alliance Etiquettes

Founded in 2015, Alliance Etiquettes is a designer and manufacturer of premium labels, mainly for the food, beverage and cosmetics industries.

The group is the result of an active external growth strategy around an historic label manufacturer located in the Bordeaux region. It now offers a full range of premium, tailor made, traditional, adhesive or pewter labels, thanks to 12 production sites located in the South and West of France.

Value creation

Chequers acquired a majority of the capital alongside the management team through a secondary LBO. Chequers intend to support the management and the company in its ambitious plan to consolidate the sector, in France and in Europe. The group will benefit from a sustained organic growth to address new markets and regions and become a key partner for the high-end tailor-made label manufacturing sector.
