Founded in 2017, OCI Informatique et Digital is a 360° IT services company addressing all IT needs (hardware, software and services incl. consulting, audit, integration and managed services) of small to medium sized businesses.
Following an active build-up strategy, the group today relies on a network of more than 25 sites covering most of France and addressing a diverse range of industries.

Value creation

Chequers acquired a minority stake alongside the management team in a primary transaction. Chequers intends to support the management of the company in its ambitious plan to consolidate the sector in France. The group will pursue its strong organic growth by rolling out its 360° offering, adding further technological bricks to become the reference partner in IT services for SMEs.
